The 2015 Sundance Film Festival takes place January 22 - February 1 in Park City, Utah, but the week's not just about movies. Common, Erykah Badu, and Aloe Blacc are among those tapped to perform at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival's A Celebration of Music In Film concert, which will be a tribute to Nina Simone. Kate Davis and Andra Day are also scheduled to perform, as will Simone's longtime guitarist/musical director Al Shackman. Relatedly, director Liz Garbus' documentary on Simone, What Happened, Mrs Simone?, is making its world premiere at the fest's Documentary Premieres section, too.
