Well, I doubt this will help, but you should watch it anyway: professional dancer Alyson Stoner, who you may recognize in much, much younger form from Missy Elliott's immortal "Work It" and "Gossip Folks" videos, has rounded up the original dancers from the Missy videos she appeared in to recreate those famous dance moves that are burned in many a childhood memory. The whole thing is exhilarating to watch, not to mention extremely well-timed; if you're feeling beaten down by the cold or life in general, this very may well give you reason to keep living well.
