Tyga Is Getting Out Of His Cash Money Deal

“I ain’t petty—I just want to move on with my life.”

February 23, 2015

Chris Brown and Tyga have been putting in the work to promote their new album, Fan of a Fan: The Album, which drops February 24. This morning the duo dropped by Hot 97's Ebro In The Morning to talk about Kylie Jenner, the Grammys ("I just feel like The Grammys is bullshit," says Breezy), the checks they aren't getting when they talk shit about Drake, and most substantially, Tyga's rapidly disintegrating relationship with Cash Money. "I'm getting out the deal now," says Tyga, claiming that he learned a lot during his Cash Money years, but that he eventually came to see the business wasn't right. "I was supposed to be out the deal. They agreed a number to let me out the deal. I was going to pay them to let me out the deal because I ain't petty—I just want to move on with my life."
