Champion Puts A Nail In The Health Goth Coffin With New Collection

Sweats and sweatshirts in rainbow-brite hues.

Sportswear may be finally returning from its long sojourn into greyscale, heralded by Champion's Spring/Summer '15 offerings, which revive their classic Reverse Weave range. Reverse Weave was known for holding its shape, regardless of how many times you throw it in the wash or sweat through it as you aerobicise. The new line leans on that same functionality, made available in a handful of punchy, drenched hues: hot pink, electric blue, kelly green, and a perfectly sunny, washed-out yellow (it will also be available in white, for the color-phobic). The color-blocked essentials build off their previously released spring lookbook, which also referenced the company's '80s heyday. We'll let you know when it drops, but it looks like Health Goth's days are numbered.
