While the world waits for Surf, FADER cover star Chance the Rapper's keeping busy by, what else, joining Panic! At The Disco onstage to act as hypeman. Yes, this actually happened: Chano hopped up during the band's performance at UC Riverside's Heat Music Festival to generally dumb the fuck out while Brendan Urie and friends ripped through "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies" (tight song).
