Rodeo king Travis Scott turns 23 today. Last night, he celebrated with a house party. Kanye was there, A-Trak was there, a Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator was there for some reason. Rihanna came in denim cutoffs, and was photographed holding an epic snake.
