Watch The Video For Willow Smith’s New Song “F Q-C #7”

It’s a self-produced bop with a video she co-directed.

Climbing trees and skipping class is the mantra on Willow Smith's new single, called "F Q-C #7" and pronounced "Frequency Number Seven." The slinky little banger, debuting today at The FADER, is available now on iTunes, TIDAL, and Spotify.

There are four things you've gotta know.
1. The four Willows represent her four chakras.

In an email to The FADER, she explains the video, which she co-directed, this way: "The different Me’s represent my Chakras. Yellow is Self-confidence, Blue is my voice (song), Red is my survival instinct, and the Black is a combination of everything (the true me)."

2. She wrote and produced the song herself.

"I’m just coming to the spiritual and consciousness aspects of it,” she told us in an interview last year. “My lyrics are probably what’s gonna be packing the most punch, and my tracks are in the background just coolin it, like, ‘Hear what she just said?’”

3. "F Q-C #7" was partially inspired by Girlpool.

She says the song is a shoutout to her favorite fellow teens and a few others: "Girlpool, tUnE-yArDs, and Cree Summer really were the women who inspired me to make this song."

4. She's really just on another level.

Wonder if she can get Jaden Smith back on Twitter.
