It's been about two years since Better Person—the music project of Berlin-based artist Adam Byczkowski—has updated its SoundCloud, which currently hosts his one and only song to-date, "Wake Up Tired." But today patient fans can rejoice, as Better Person has announced a debut EP, planned for release this fall via Mansions and Millions.

The first single, premiering below, is "Sentiment." Channeling downcast '80s synth-vibes and a hint of Arthur Russell, "Sentiment" is mopey but also kind of groovy—the kind of song you might shuffle around to with your head hanging low as the dance floor lights flicker on at the end of the night. It's also a breakup song. "It's about how I felt right before and right after the end of my last romantic," Byczkowski told The FADER. "Its about lack of comfort."
