When FADER's Aimee Cliff traced Zayn Malik's solo career, one of the observations she made was that "he's got taste." That point just became underlined seeing as the former One Direction member is working with Frank Ocean's Channel Orange producer Malay. The elusive sonic architect, who also worked as an engineer and songwriter on the 2012 LP, teased that he's been hitting the studio with Malik in an Instagram post of his daughter posing with the singer. “Benefits of the job," wrote Malay in the caption, “My daughter gets to meet my co-workers, one who happens to be one of her favorites.” The world is ready to hear whatever they're working on together.
