The Berlin-based baritone entangles Favela Punk.

Model and artist Favela Punk stars in "Wish I Never Met You," the mesmerizing first installment of a three-part video series by Berlin-based baritone Oskaar. In an email to The FADER, Oskaar described the steel drum driven, future-R&B song as his attempt to channel the "really fucking sad" end days of an already drained relationship. Accordingly, the video is a heavy watch—more like a struggle than a dance.

"As an artist I wanna translate what I feel into music and the music into visuals, so this is not supposed to be a pretty music video, it's supposed to be a real, raw and stark body of work," Oskaar explained. "I actually want people to feel the pain of this despair and feel slightly uncomfortable while watching the video, like they are also tied up and stuck in this situation."
