ZHU Premieres Video For Skrillex-Collab “Working For It,” Announces New Clothing Collection
In the spirit of his Genesis Series, the video combines the work of graphic artists and fan-submitted animated shorts.
Earlier this fall, the ever-elusive producer ZHU re-emerged with a round of new and at times surprising collaborations—with every- and anyone from Gallant to Bone Thugs N Harmony, A-Trak to AlunaGeorge—that he dubbed his Genesis Series. The cycle concluded with "Working With It," a buzzing, big-tent ready track for which he teamed up with Skrillex and THEY. Today ZHU has delivered a Birdy Ben-directed video for the song that, in keeping with the project's spirit, combines the work of graphic artists and fan-submitted animated shorts that were collected via GenerationWHY.com.
Along with this release, ZHU unveil plans to launch his very own NIGHTDAY clothing line, which will include tees, crew neck sweaters, bomber jackets, and beanies. The collection will be available first this Wednesday, November 11, at a pop up shop in L.A.; it will be on sale at nightdaycollection.com beginning November 16.
