New York Rapper Ahsh Eff Calls All The Shots In “Storefront” Video

The fabric of the local corner store has been weaved so neatly into the culture of New York rap music that its significant contributions to the setting of music videos will always be visible and relevant. Case in point, Ahsh Eff shows her take on what a corner store experience could be like in the new video for her single "Storefront," Gritty and grimy in perfect sync with the song, the young starlet takes us on a journey through her neighborhood where both brief pizza pit stops and masked robberies seem commonplace.

"The visual for 'Storefront' is like a mini-movie of what I see when I close my eyes and listen to the song," said Eff in an email to The Fader, "I see store lights, people walking, people struggling, people trying to eat, people stunting and everything in between."
