Childish Gambino To Debut New Album Through Series Of Show Dates

On Friday, Childish Gambino re-emerged on Twitter to announce his new app, PHAROS Earth, which featured a journey through space and a mysterious countdown. Today, the countdown ran out to reveal a series of show dates at Joshua Tree, California on September 2, 3, and 4. While there is little information about what the event will entail, the app promises "new music" and a "full album experience," which means that Gambino will unveil his first full-length project since 2013's Because the Internet.
