The full list of MTV Video Music Award nominees has been released and Beyoncé dominated. Leading the charge with 11 noms is Bey with Adele coming in second at eight. Other nominees include Drake, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Chance The Rapper, and more. The awards will be broadcast live on MTV from Madison Square Garden on August 28 at 9:00 PM EST.
