Burberry Perry, now going by The Good Perry, is being ordered by the court to drop the Burberry from his name. According to TMZ, a judge has told the rapper he may no longer use the British brand's name for his own personal use. Burberry told the court it believed it's "brand was being damaged" and the judge granted a preliminary injunction. So for the time being, Burberry Perry will remain The Good Perry. Burberry is suing the rapper for capitalizing off of their name. The injunction means the rapper has to remove Burberry from his social media and mentions of "Burberry Perry" from tracks. This of course would effect his own music as well as songs he has guested on, namely with collaborator Lil Yachty.
