Officer Betty Shelby who shot and killed Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been arrested and released on a $50,000 bond according to CNN. Shelby turned herself in Friday morning. Shelby is being charged with manslaughter for her involvement in the shooting death of Terence Crutcher. The Crutcher attorney Scott Wood said he expects an arraignment date to be made in 10 days.
