On September 30, Solange Knowles released her third studio album, A Seat at the Table. As Solange mentioned on Twitter, the album took the better part of four years to record, and she has charted the process with a new documentary entitled A Seat at the Table, Beginning Stages. The short film shows Solange working on album cuts "Don’t Touch My Hair,” “Mad,” “Don't You Wait,” and more. Sampha, Kwes, Kindness, Sean Nicholas Savage, Chairlift's Patrick Wimberly, Solange's son Julez, are all featured in the new documentary. Watch Solange's A Seat at the Table, Beginning Stages above.
