After performing at the TIDAL X: 1015 benefit concert in Brooklyn last night, Ms. Lauryn Hill shared a new version of her old single “Rebel/I Find It Hard To Say.” Streaming exclusively on TIDAL, "Rebel" is an updated version of the poignant song originally inspired by the shooting of Amadou Diallo and recorded for her 2002 MTV Unplugged No. 2.0 live album.

Now over 14 years later, the words in "Rebel" still hold true to the current state of affairs in America. In a statement released with the track, Lauryn Hill writes, "Old tune, new Version, same context, even more relevant now: sick and tired of being sick and tired."
