In September, Kid Cudi took to Twitter to air out some grievances. "Everyone thinks they're soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them," he wrote. "My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever." On Friday, Cudi again took to Twitter, mentioning Drake in a tweet that read, "You think it's a game. I wanna see you say it to my face. I'll be out soon. Promise."

During his recent birthday episode of OVO Sound Radio, Drake released four new tracks. One of the new songs, "Two Birds, One Stone," is thought by some to address Cudi, with the line: You were the man on the moon, now you go through your phases.

Kid Cudi checked himself into rehab for "depression and suicidal urges" in early October and shared the news with fans in a personal Facebook post.
