Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have, understandably, kept much of their lives private in recent months, following Kanye's recent hospitalization. But the family has reportedly conducted interviews regarding West's stay at the UCLA Medical Center for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, a source told Entertainment Tonight.

"He's never been a fan of having the cameras around him," a source told ET. "We're told the show's producers will be cautious about how they address Kanye's hospitalization on the upcoming season." The source also added that it's not clear if the material regarding West's hospitalization will make it past finals edits for the show.

Kanye West was released from UCLA Medical Center into the care of his personal physicians on November 30, after spending nine days in the hospital. A source confirmed to The FADER that he had requested recording equipment in his hospital room and has reportedly been recording new music at his home in Bel-Air since his release.
