De La Soul returned this year with their ninth LP And The Anonymous Nobody..., and released a documentary about the album's creation called We're Still Here (Now). Today, the legendary hip-hop trio has shared De La Soul is Not Dead, a new short focusing on their first four albums. Posdnous, Dave (f.k.a. Trugoy the Dove), and Maseo discuss the path from the 1989 masterpiece 3 Feet High And Rising to 1996's comeback album Stakes Is High, which introduced the world to Common, Mos Def, and J Dilla. Prince Paul, the group's longtime producer, gives his take on their successes and struggles, along with several employees of former label Tommy Boy.
