Cardi B learned a lot of things in 2016 — she stepped her business moves up, made her first mixtape, and figured out how to deal with sudden fame. On a recent visit to The FADER's offices, she explained how the latter helped her understand just how much being a celebrity means being at the mercy of strangers' opinions. "I feel bad for Kanye because people talking bad about you every day, and talking bad about the people you love — like, talking about your wife, talking about your kids, talking about you without knowing you — that puts you down.
