Balenciaga Honored Bernie Sanders’s Presidential Campaign On The Runway At Paris Fashion Week

The French high fashion brand reworked the logo from the Vermont Senator’s presidential campaign for their Fall ’17 menswear collection.

Bernie Sanders's message of economic equity may not have been able to propel him past Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primaries, but the Vermont Senator's campaign will live on through Balenciaga's fall 2017 menswear collection. On Wednesday, the French fashion house debuted tees, jackets, and blanket scarves on the runway, reworking the red-and-blue campaign logo and replacing Sanders's name with "Balenciaga."
