Rafa Alvarez, the L.A. producer known as Different Sleep, is premiering the music video for his deeply-felt electro-R&B track "No Time," today on The FADER. The song gets a classic color thanks to vocals from Jarell Perry, who wraps the anxious garage-influenced production with a versatile passion, while the video is simpler, telling the story of a well-dressed man balling his demons away on a foggy court.

"No Time was my first collaboration after moving from Chicago to L.A.," Different Sleep told The FADER over email. "I had been a fan of Jarell's music for some time and we happened to run into each other out at a party. I feel the song comes from a place of wanting to make room in your life for someone else but being caught in the perpetual state of "now just isn't the right time". To me, the video tells the story of what happens when we wait too long until its too late and we have to live with our regret."

Different Sleep's album Forget It is out January 27 on Friends of Friends.
