Thousands marched on Trump Tower in New York Saturday to protest Trump's executive order that commanded the Army Corps of Engineers to continue construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline.

According to the event's Facebook page, March 4th For Standing Rock began with a rally at 1 p.m. and then followed with a march from the New York Public Library to Trump tower and beyond at 2 p.m. The event is also preceding a larger, national Native Nations March set to take place on March 10 in Washington D.C.
