It looked like Top Boy, the east London-based British gangland drama, was gone forever after it was canceled after its second season. However, it was reported in 2016 that superfan Drake stepped in and purchased the rights to the show. Now, according to Ashley Walters (who plays Dushane in the series) the producers are looking to find a role for their Canadian benefactor on the show.

"We met up to start talking about the show and we are working out a role for him," Walters told the U.K.'s Daily Mirror. "He loves acting, of course he wanted a part. He's going to be really hands on and is getting stuck into it."

There are no other details on the third season of Top Boy at present, though it is suggested it will return in 2018. Last year Skepta revealed he was assisting with the show's revival, saying he and Drake were creating "greatness" together.
