On Tuesday, Pepsi released an ad featuring Kendall Jenner joining a protest-like march and giving a soda to a group of stern police officers. Elle titled a critique of the commercial, "Pepsi and Kendall Jenner Co-opt the Resistance to Sell You Soda." Twitter collectively felt the same. Read some of the better responses and reactions below.

#Pepsi has united deeply divided Americans of every political, religious, racial & ethnic group into agreeing that their ad makes them puke.

Y'all gonna sit here and act like MLK Jr. and Michael Jackson didn't end the LA Riots with a can of Pepsi, a catwalk, and a blonde wig?

that Pepsi ad is really dystopian. Disney-fies resistance. whitewashes and commodifies protest. wow there's a lot to unpack there.
