Terrace Martin, the multi-instrumental and Grammy-nominated producer, has formed a new collaborative group called The Polyseeds, recruiting fellow maestros like Kamasi Washington, Robert Glasper, Marlon Williams, and more. The first single from the project, "Intentions," features Chachi, also known as L.A. rapper Problem, and finds Martin bringing together the sounds of jazz fusion and hip-hop, as he has done in his past work with Kendrick Lamar, YG, and Herbie Hancock. The Polyseeds's debut The Sounds of Crenshaw Vol. 1 is out July 14. Listen to "Intentions" below.
