Lorde Announces New Single Dropping Friday

Lorde alerted her fans that a new single is coming their way this Friday. The singer shared two images on Twitter and Instagram, one had a lyric from the upcoming track and the other revealed that the song will be dropping Friday, June 2 at 2 p.m. in New York and 6 a.m. in New Zealand.

The lyrics shared were, "Every night, I live & I die – feel the party to my bones." At the bottom of the image is the album's title, Melodrama.

The single will be dropping hours before the singer's appearance at Governors Ball in New York on Friday, where Chance the Rapper, Childish Gambino, and Skepta are also playing.

Melodrama comes out June 16.
