In a new interview on The Real, Jerhonda Pace detailed how she was "trained" by an older woman to sexually please R. Kelly when she was underage. Pace remembered being invited to the singer's tour bus to meet the "trainer," an older woman who taught Kelly's younger girls. Pace said she then engaged in sex with the trainer and then Kelly. "He told me to look at her and said, "She's going to teach you everything you need to know."

In a July report from BuzzFeed, parents and former occupants told reporter Jim DeRogatis that Kelly was keeping women in a "sex cult," and moving them between his multiple properties. According to one source, an older woman was one of the residents at Kelly's home in suburban Georgia:

A 31-year-old “den mother” who “trained” newcomers on how Kelly liked to be pleasured sexually. She had been best friends since high school with the girl in the videotape for which Kelly was tried in 2008. She recently parted ways with Kelly, these sources say.

Later in the interview on The Real, Pace said that Kelly would slap and "physically harm" her, telling the hosts that the singer would "lock [her] in a room for days." She said she escaped Kelly's house by telling him she was going to see her uncle. Pace, who first met R. Kelly at his trial on child pornography charges in 2008, first came forward in a BuzzFeed report in August.

A representative for R. Kelly was not immediately available for comment.
