Cardi B dressed up as Cruella de Vil for Halloween

Cardi B performed at the Bacardi Halloween party in New York City on Monday night, and the Bronx native showed up to the function dressed Cruella de Vil with a Dalmatian in tow. "It's Bruella to you," she wrote on Instagram.
