This afternoon, Lana Del Rey took to Twitter to confirm that Radiohead is suing her for copyright infringement. The singer-songwriter is accused of copying the band's 1993 classic "Creep" for the Lust For Life track "Get Free." Del Rey claims that her song was not inspired by Radiohead, but "their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court." Apparently, the band wants 100 percent of the publishing royalties for the song. Read her statement in the tweet, below.
