Remember when Rihanna tweeted "every tongue that rises up against me shall fall" back in 2012? You can't say she didn't warn Snapchat. The app has faced major losses following Rihanna's response to an approved advertisement that implied domestic violence. Now, details are emerging as to just how substantial those losses are. CNN reported Friday morning that Snap Inc. had lost $800 million- well on its way to a cool billion.

In the wake of the PR fiasco, Snapchat has reached out to the National Network to End Domestic Violence, TMZ reports. It's been a rough couple of months for Snap Inc. The company has had to defend a universally hated redesigned interface, one that reportedly lost them over $1.3 billion after Kylie Jenner voiced her disapproval.
