Hi are you sad? Here is a way to see. Listen to Donovan Woods, in duet with Rose Cousins, sing quietly of obliterating romance.

"I Ain't Ever Loved No One" comes from Both Ways, the Toronto songwriter's fifth album, out now. "I wrote 'I Ain’t Ever Loved No One' with Kylie Sackley in Nashville," he says. "She and I were talking about what it’s like to fall in love when you’re older and how old love differs from young love. I was thinking about people I’ve known who were so focused on their work (in my experience, it’s been farmers) that they kind of just forgot to fall in love. I was trying to write from the perspective of someone who forgot to fall in love for what felt like their whole life, and then one day they did."

I used to think I felt old, or wanted to be old, but it might be too much to deal with, even when it's good. Life seems like pain even when it's not. OK bye!
