Iglooghost debuts “Clear Tamei” video

Basically Teletubbies crossed with Twin Peaks.

On August 8, Iglooghost will self-release two new EPs, Clear Tamei and Steel Mogu. Today, we’re debuting one of their title tracks in a video, directed by frequent collaborator Luke Gibson, that is so insane I really just don't even… The British producer's speed-attack productions always level up alongside his visual art, and “Clear Tamei” really underscores the demented, darker undertones to a style so often pegged as cute.

With characteristic fantasy, over email Iglooghost described Tamei and Mogu as “floating beings that I sometimes accidentally invite into my room when I'm trying to make up words for songs. When they come over it makes me feel really tired and my skin gets pink bruises and I always fall asleep.”

Pre-order Clear Tamei and Steel Mogu, and catch him stateside in a U.S. tour launching this weekend at MoMA PS1 in New York
