The early parts of David Bowie's life will become the subject of a new 90-minute BBC documentary, the BBC reports. Titled The First Five Years, the film will follow two previous Bowie documentaries: David Bowie: The Last Five Years, which detailed the end of the rock giant's career, and David Bowie: Five Years. Both films were released in 2017 and 2013 respectively.
The First Five Years is due out in 2019, and will premiere on BBC Two 50 years after the release of Bowie's 1969 classic single "Space Oddity" off of his second studio album David Bowie.
