That Drake/Migos collaborative tape probably isn’t happening

After dropping some heavy hints in a recent interview, Quavo walked them back.

In a recent GQ interview, Quavo suggested that he and his group Migos were working on a collaborative project with Drake. "You must be a psychic," he said in response to a fan who brought up the possibility of a joint tape from the rap juggernauts. However, Quavo has backtracked on his comments in a new L.A. Leakers interview. When asked about the project, Quavo responds "I was just fucking with the people. We on tour, you know, we got a lot of bangers. We can make 'em." Quavo goes on to say that Migos members Offset and Takeoff are hitting the studio every night after performing to work on their solo albums (Migos are currently performing with Drake on the Aubrey and the Three Amigos tour). While no release dates have been revealed, Offset's fiancee Cardi B said that his project is "coming soon," and Culture III from Migos is tentatively scheduled for an early 2019 release. Quavo's solo album QUAVO HUNCHO dropped in October.
