The FADER and Espolòn Tequila are teaming up to create a live, one night, invite only celebration of FADER's first book Fader Fort: Setting The Stage on November 26 at Rough Trade in Brooklyn. Former FADER cover star Young M.A. will also be in the building for a live performance.
Along with tastes of Espolòn's award-winning tequila cocktails during the immersive live event, guests will also be able to view portraits from the hardcover as they're reworked into Calavera-style art, similar to Espolòn's label artwork, which was inspired by legendary 19th century Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada.
Setting The Stage includes over 900 stunning photos that highlight the raw and unabashed image of the Fort, with shots of some of pop culture's biggest players and brightest stars, including Pharrell, Drake, Travis Scott, and Kendrick Lamar. The book also includes iconic intros from hip-hop icons such as Diddy.
Copies of the hardcover will be available for purchase at Rough Trade during the festive evening. Fader Fort: Setting the Stage is also available now online here.
