Solange, master of the intricately staged live show, has plotted another intricately staged live show due to take place in Hamburg, Germany this autumn. Following performances at the Guggenheim and Marfa's Chinati Foundation, the performance — titled Witness! — will be staged at Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie on September 17th. This isn't Solange's first site-specific art piece; last year she installed her Metatronia work at Los Angeles' Hammer Museum; in 2017, she exhibited Seventy States at London's Tate Modern; and that same year she performed Scales in Marfa. Tickets for Witness! go onsale on May 31st.
