A previously unreleased George Michael song titled "This Is How (We Want You to Get High)" is streaming online. The track is the first material from the late star since his death in 2016 and appears on the soundtrack to new movie Last Christmas.
Last Christmas is a new holiday movie starring Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke and Crazy Rich Asians actor Henry Golding. It was co-written by Emma Thompson and inspired by Michael's music; both as a solo artist and a member of '80s pop duo Wham!
The Last Christmas soundtrack is released on November 8, the same day the movie hits theaters. "This Is How (We Want You to Get High)" is Michael's first release since 2012 and was recorded in 2015 during his final studio sessions.
