The new single from Hayleau’s album is confident and commanding.

Hayleau, the moniker of Canadian musician and actress Hayley Law, has released “Let Me Know,” a sleek, confident single from her forthcoming debut record Touch, out Spring 2020. The fourth cut to be released from Touch, “Let Me Know” is a slow-burning track that’s anchored by Law’s lithe vocal and an effusive, memorable chorus. The song features a sly, charismatic verse from cult New York rapper Junglepussy, marking her second memorable appearance on a track called “Let Me Know,” after her feature on Kelela’s “Let Me Know” remix.

“I wrote ‘Let Me Know’ when this dude was trying to pick me up and truthfully, I didn't think he knew what he was in for,” Hayleau tells The FADER of “Let Me Know.” “The song demands control and independence. Which is why Junglepussy was perfect to work with on it. I've always looked up to her. She embodies those two elements completely." Listen to “Let Me Know,” featuring Junglepussy, above.
