Indie rock upstart Soccer Mommy has shared two brand new remixes from her album color theory, which dropped back in February. They come courtesy of New Zealand psyche-rock band Unknown Mortal Orchestra and London experimental techno producer Actress.
Both tracks are well worth listening to for the ways they push past the sounds of their respective artists. UMO's "circle the drain" is glitch-pop by way of Peter Gabriel and Porter Robinson, while Actress's remix of "crawling in my skin" eschews the electronic artist's tendency for thick atmosphere and underground techno influences in favor of dream-pop. Take a listen to both below and revisit our march interview with Soccer Mommy here.
