Back in 1997, The Notorious B.I.G. was on top of the world. Recognized as one of the best rappers in existence, B.I.G. was a superstar thanks to his debut album Ready To Die, but he still had an appreciation for the little things. During a trip to HOT97 that year, B.I.G. spit an entire verse about his love for Pepsi in between an interview with DJ Enuff. That freestyle is now the basis of a new animated ad from Pepsi, streaming above.

Even if you're familiar with B.I.G.'s skill as a rapper, it's still impressive how lyrically creative he gets with the subject of his favorite soft drink. "Whether too cold or too hot, you got to keep Pepsi in the freezer," he raps. "I keep a 3 liter for my crew / My girl like them diet joints too / For when she watch her weight, crack the top I can't wait."

DJ Enuff and B.I.G. collaborator Cey Adams worked with Pepsi to remaster the track, and the ad was created by Antnamation. The video ends with Enuff paying tribute to B.I.G. and his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside Depeche Mode, Whitney Houston, Nine Inch Nails, and more.
