Curiel says this then escalated until DaBaby “physically assaulted” him, causing “severe injury and pain.” Curiel claims he did not fight back “attempted to avoid contact” as he was assaulted. The complaint states that he was “physically and psychologically damaged” by the rapper and left with injuries that “are permanent in nature.” Curiel also names Corbin Bowl as a defendant in the case.

In total the suit accuses DaBaby of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. He is seeking an unnamed amount in damages and legal fees.
