Beach Bunny are a band that have picked up fans in unexpected ways (namely TikTok) as well as unexpected fans, in this case Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul actor Bob Odenkirk. The actor better known for playing devious lawyer Saul Goodman first tweeted about his love for the group back in 2019 before managing to hang with them at a show later that year. Now, as Lili Trifilio prepares to release her new album Emotional Creature, she's called in a favor and recruited him to star in the video for new song "Karaoke."
The video is part one of three in a series of three Star Wars meets Star Trek series and finds Odenkirk taking on the role as the team's Star Captain. Check it out above. "Karaoke" is the second single to be taken from Emotional Creature, due July 22, after "Fire Escape," which dropped in March.

“‘Karaoke’ is a song about having a crush - it’s about infatuation, fleeting feelings, and the bittersweet nature of uncertainty," Trifilio says in a statement. "It’s about learning pieces of who someone is and liking them before even knowing the whole story."
