Over the past few years Jeff Rosenstock has generally kept fans on their toes with a series of surprise albums and unexpected drops. Today, he is changing things up a little with the arrival of a one-off single in anticipation of a big summer tour.

"LIKED U BETTER" is Rosetnstock's first new material since 2020's NO DREAM, one of The FADER's best albums of that year. He followed that up a year later with a ska remix of the album, titled SKA DREAM.

The new song packs all that is great about Rosenstock's music, big hooks, gang vocals, and a wild celebratory energy, into a little over three minutes of the punk singer trying to outrun a preoccupation that is starting to feel like an addiction. It comes with a surreal and charming video in which Rosenstock encounters a furry housemate from hell. Check it out below.

Rosenstock's 2023 tour kicks off in Washington on September 6 and runs through until the end of the year. Support on select dates comes from Sidney Gish, Gladie, and Small Crush. Tickets are available from Thursday, May 25.
