Jlin shares Perspective’s second single, “Paradigm”

Jlin is unveiling new music from her forthcoming mini-album, Perspective. Following the July release of record’s lead single “Fourth Perspective,” she’s shared the project’s second offering, “Paradigm,” today (August 30).

The new song is an experimental club tune that slowly builds from its first note, adding a cacophony of drums and animal call samples as the beat reaches a climax. When a menacing voice calls out around the 1:40 mark, the percussion gets immediately rowdier. The beat begins to fade out until the song’s final 30 seconds, when voice returns for a last hurrah along with the frenzied drum patterns.
