We're all for kicking it with models and getting kicks or whatever, but it's the music that has had us riding with the Libs for a minute now. Granted, we'll still go on record and say that their first NYC run was one for the good book (holler at that CBGB show!), but with Babyshambles picking up crazy steam, we were ready to swallow the pill about the break up. That was until this new EP for What Became Of The Likely Lads arrived.

The second auto-bio single from their self-titled album features yet more pleading calls for love and understanding from Msrs. Peter and Carlos in the form of a remixed and reworked version of the title track, a Mick Jones (WHO? MICK JONES!) mix of "Don't Look Back Into the Sun" and a few live tracks from the Brixton shows last summer. The verdict: the tunes are brilliant (not a dry pillow in the house), but the grammar is on the wack train ("Time for Heroes" is listed as "Time For Hero's"). We forgive them though, it's been a rough year for the boys.
