The Game, “It Must Be Me” MP3

The Game has a relentless dedication to West Coast rap, so much so that anything he does in life at any given moment is probably filtered through it. "It Must Be Me" is another example of that. Everyone involved is doing their best early-'90s LA impression: the backbone of the beat, provided by The Neptunes, is pretty much just a handclap/woodblock combo with chintzy keys thrown over the top, and The Game sounds like he's doing his best King Tee impression, which is cool because King Tee is not a bad guy to emulate.
