So yeah, this is Chip tha Ripper rapping over a looped intro of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's "Rich." Which sounds better than everything about that sentence implies. In fact, this was definitely a favorite of ours from his recent Cleveland Show Mixtape (not to be confused with the actual television show—or actually it's cool if it's a little confused with that because he jacked artwork and logo and everything).
